Verizon’s R2-D2 version of the Motorola Droid 2 will be released September 30th and photos are now popping up on the internet of some of the R2-D2 accesories. As you can see, there’s a cool etched circuit board effect where the Droid 2 sits and the back of the dock has the Star Wars logo on it, in case you haven’t figured that part out yet.

Polaroid has announced a new PoGo printer with Bluetooth capabilities that will talk to an Android application. This printer is slated to be released by the end of the year. The announced price is about £100, which is about $154 dollars at current exchange rates, but don’t be suprised if we end up seeing it for $100. The application, which has been in the market for a few weeks now, allows you to add text and choose from 79 frame options, as well as controlling the printing.

It is going to take about 50 seconds for each 3 inch by 4 inch photo to come out, which will print using zero ink ecologically safe paper. Although this is relatively quick, don’t expect to be printing out a lot of pictures in succession. The photos will come in a pack of 30 and are set to cost about £12, so expect something under $20 here. [Gizmodo, Intomobile]

Best Buy is offering a nice accessory for your new EVO 4G. The HDMI dock is expected to be released by the time the HTC EVO 4G hits the streets. The dock supports HDMI 1.4 and should be backwards compatible. One caveat, early reviews of the HDMI performance of the EVO has not been favorable. There have been some reviews in which the 1080P output was only recognized as 480P.

Along with HDMI 1.4 support, this dock has a connection for the microusb port as well as the HDMI. This dock is expected to have the ability to charge, output HDMI channels and it can be used to synchronize your EVO to your computer. As mentioned early, some apps do not allow you to output them via HDMI to your television. You will not be able to watch Sprint TV and stream internet videos through this dock or the phone itself.

On Best Buy’s page, the dock is listed as “coming soon”. So far there is no word on an official release date or cost. [Pocketnow]

The Nexus One car dock is now available for $55 plus shipping at google.com/phone.

From Google: The Nexus One Car Dock is the perfect place to put your phone when you’re in the car. In addition to holding your Nexus One, the car dock also charges your phone’s battery, lets you use your phone handsfree, and provides easier access to voice and navigation apps.

The dock’s built-in speakers and volume controls also enhance the in-car music and media experience. And the Car Home app, which loads automatically, makes it easy to access Maps and Navigation, Voice Search, Contacts, and Music.

You can mount the dock on the windshield or dashboard, and it ships with an adhesive disc that lets you attach it to a textured surface as well. The dock comes with a charger to fit into your car’s 12V utility socket, and the holder can rotate for flexible orientation.

Nexus One Desktop Dock Now Available

The Nexus One desktop dock is now available. The desktop dock is $45 directly from Google. (Click the “Get your phone”Â button then scroll down to “Accessories.”)

You can’t see a photo of the dock when you’re ordering one. Unfortunately you need to go to the Nexus One technical specs to see it (or just see our picture). The dock will automatically launch the clock app. Once there you can:

Check the local time and weather
Set and clear alarms
Watch a slide-show of your photos
Play music
Dim your phone’s display for nighttime use

The dock also comes with a 3.5mm-to-RCA cable so you can run it into your stereo, if you so choose. Also, music is transmitted from the device to the dock via Bluetooth.Â See the complete user manual here.

Note: The dock does not sync the phone with a computer.
