The Samsung Galaxy Tab has been priced a little higher priced in Europe than what we first thought. With carrier subsidies the hope remains that pricing will drop and that has indeed been suggested to a couple of sources.
In a Wall Street Journal article, a Samsung executive stated that after subsidies are taken into account, the Galaxy Tab will run between $200-$300. Also in a Korea Times report, an another Samsung executive said the Galaxy Tab would set you back $300-$400 which is slightly more than the Samsung Galaxy S.
Either way, it looks like if you want a Galaxy Tab you are gonna have to pay a pretty hefty penny! [Engadget]
