It has been surmised that T-Mobile is planning to release two great new Android phones in the coming months, the G2 (aka Vision, aka Desire Z) and the dual-core Glacier. It is unknown which, but it is thought that one of these phones has just recieved FCC approval thanks to a recent filing for model code PC10100.
The phone listed has support for AWS 3G – the frequencies that T-Mobile USA uses – as well as 802.11n WiFi. The filing also lists that HSPA+ is in the cards, which is something that T-Mobile has been touting in its G2 advertising. Since the G2 is nearer to stores than the Glacier, I would go ahead and guess that it is the G2, but we can’t know for sure. [Engadget]
