Barnes & Noble has released it’s e-book reader, nook in Android Market. Nook is similar to functionality to Amazon’s Kindle, and comes with a number of free “sample” books. There are more than 500,000 free eBooks, and every paid eBook has a free preview.

One feature that Nook has that Kindle doesn’t is the ability to “lend” your eBooks to other Nook users.
