Any way you slice it, Android Market is growing quickly but did it reach the 100K marker yet? According to AndroLib’s data, the Market now has 100,000 apps available for download. Even more impressive is that over one billion applications have been downloaded. That’s a huge number and growing quickly. AndroLib’s data also shows that over 14,000 applications became available during the month of June.

Now here comes the big question mark. Google’s Official count is around 70,000 but it’s not uncommon for a discrepency between the two, a number of factors can come into play. I’m not sure who is actually closer but I would put my money on the folks who actually run the store. What do you think?
