If you are picking up your brand spanking new Sprint HTC EVO 4G today, the OTA update for the storage card issue is being pushed out as we speak.

In case you weren’t aware of the issue, the phone sometimes cannot write to the storage card, which in turn creates a system crash. If you were planning to root your phone, the root method we outlined yesterday currently does not seem to work once the OTA update hits your device. Oh well, that will be rectified shortly!
