Google Voice Search has been updated and now supports French, German, Italian or Spanish. You’ll need to have at least Android 2.1 on your phone if you want to use the standard microphone button, or you’ll need the Search by voice app on 1.6 and up.

Something of note: Google Voice Search is designed to work with accents from Spain, France, Italy and Germany. So if your accent is from another country you may run into a little trouble. [Google Mobile blog]
