We have been told that Flash is coming to the Android platform and we are all waiting with bated breath, or at least some of us are. When comparing Flash to HTML5, there is no clear cut winner at this point.

The Apple iPad chose to go with HTML5 instead of Flash but that doesn’t necessarily mean one is better than the other. You can take a look at the video and decide for yourself. Michael Chaize published the video on the website TheManInBlue.com. In his test, he used the Nexus One to run some benchmarking animations utilizing Flash and HTML5.

Check out the video below an you will see that Flash comes out with the win rendering the animated balls much more quickly than HTML5.
