Swypet is an on-screen keyboard on which you drag your finger across the screen instead of picking it up every time you type a letter.
MobileCrunch posted a video showing us an early look at Swype on the Verizon Droid Eris. I’m not sure I’m totally sold on it yet although that could change after I try it. It should be noted you are not required to swipe all the time, you can use the regular keyboard as well. Take look at the video and decide for yourself.
