
Accoring to AndroLib.com, the Android Market has unofficially passed 20,000 apps. These are unofficial because Google hasn’t publicly releasing any stats to date. As you can see from the pie chart above, 62 percent of the applications are free. That is a great ratio!
The really amazing aspect is the rate of growth, going from about 6,000 applications in June 2009 to the 20,000 apps today.
