Dell has recently confirmed that they would launch an Android phone in the United States via AT&T in early 2010 – and it looks like that device will be the Dell Mini 3iX.
The FCC has just approved the Mini 3iX (850/1900 GSM and UMTS bands included), so now all AT&T and Dell have to do is make an official announcement.
The Dell Mini 3iX features Wi-Fi, unlike the China-bound Mini 3i. The device could also come with a 3.5 inch touchscreen display with 640 x 360 pixels, A-GPS, Microsoft Exchange support and a 3MP autofocus camera. No word on what Android version will be on the device.
